Pros

Healthcare insurance is good. Most coworkers are very pleasant to work with. Facility is clean.

Cons

CEO acts like a King. Several nurses are very rude and short when asking for assistance or simple questions. ER docs not very friendly. Pay is very low, barely livable.

Management treated staff horribly, we were not appreciated, Management talked about staff behind their backs, no support , this filters down to departments and creates low morale

Pros

Great benefits if you're full or part time. Goshen Rehabilitation is a wonderful place to work with fantastic colleagues. Management really cares about you as a person rather than just a cog in the machine. The organization values the input of every colleague, and you don't have to be in a management position to enact change.

Cons

Do this job for the benefits, not the pay. A prior knowledge of health insurance is extremely helpful, but not required. No personal desk space, as everyone switches desks depending on schedules, and the registrars are always patient-facing with no private office.
