The company does not value its employees at all. There are no regular check-ins to see how employees are doing or to offer support. Instead, when things inevitably go wrong, management is quick to lash out and place blame rather than addressing the root of the problem. Leadership constantly brags about how much revenue the company generates, yet there's no effort to reward employees with salary increases or bonuses. It's disheartening to work hard and see no financial recognition for your efforts. To make matters worse, there's absolutely no budget for training or professional development.
