      Pros

      I work remote and they do a great job of trying to keep everyone engaged. As with all contracting companies it really comes down to the team you work on and the managers at the end of the day. The salary is great and benefits are good.

      I really have no issues with GovCIO.

      Pros

      - If for some reason your current contract ends/removes funding, they will hire internally and try to move the process as quickly as possible - pay is pretty fair - I liked my bosses but that may or may not be the case depending on the position/department

      Cons

      - not enough guidance from managers - can be silo'd into position without more interaction with other teams

      Unprofessional and disorganized. This is the only job that I've heard managers yelling at each other and belittling people under them on a regular basis. I should have listened to the Glassdoor reviews...
