      Pros

      They hire fast. They have very few rounds of interviews, which is good and fast, but also they don't evaluate your skills well and just hire and later easily fire people if they're not good fits. Compensations are good/competitive.

      Cons

      There is not enough transparency. Also there is not a safety net to stay off projects while looking for new projects. The clients are tough to connect with and don't respect us as contractors. Workload is very high.
