      100% remote work & my direct project team were amazing

      Cons

      There’s only a 2 week window to be on the internal mobility list aka the bench. I’ve applied for 12 positions internally, 10 of those being “below” what I currently do & they all came back with immediate rejections.

      Great team to work with. Good benefits and work/life balance.

      Not large enough to have a "bench" in the event a contract ends and you aren't picked up quickly for another role within the company.
