The travel industry is fickle and volatile to begin with. But when you enter work for a company like this which has little to know regard for the well being of it's employees and a (what have you done for me lately) approach in sales it's really hard to stay motivated. Constant changes being forced but not really changing end results for those responsible for making revenue for the company, yet expectations for the latter keeps going up. Micro managed to death; despite increases in non revenue staff and management, the ability for sales agents to spend most of their time doing what they do best is not overly conducive.

Health benefits package is very poor, worst I have encountered Overwhelming workload due to high turnover of staff Need to work many extra hours to make sales targets to make commission bonus The people that are their with experience to help, are to busy or to selfish to help you out, not much assistance after initial training, your on your own to figure it out, cannot count on team members for assistance. Lots of backstabbing and lead poaching, need to review sales to see if your clients have been poached Do not expect the promised Fam from the job description, it comes with alot of strings, you will not make your target in the first few years unless your working 6 days a week, no fam until two years of being on target. Sales team turnover is very high, my training team had more the 20 start, two years later, only 3 remain. This alone is a big red flag.
