Pros

There were a few times when I thought I wouldn't enjoy working at Grade Potential, and quite a few times where I thought maybe it just wasn't for me. But as I adapted to Sales with the help of my fellow coworkers and managers, I've come to really enjoy the job in it's entirety. It truly feels like a family within Grade Potential as your fellow salesman WANT you to succeed just as much as you do yourself. The two managers in Anthony and Harvey are fantastic and always willing to help you get to that next level.

Cons

There will be weeks that make you feel like you just can't do anything differently in order to get folk signed up for tutoring. Other than that there's not much - unless you're not used to a large call volume.

Pros

The job is rewarding, management are super open with you and the whole training process is streamlined and informative. If you have a question, Anthony or Harvey can always help you, but if they are not available there are some super helpful veteran sales people who can guide you and have some very helpful advice. It is also super work-life balance friendly as it is a remote position with managers who understand you have a life and are always willing to work with you to achieve the best possible outcome. They are open about compensation and bonuses are made public to all workers, so there is no shady business practices there.

Cons

There are no real cons of this job, other then the fact it is a sales job, so if call volume and talking to customers is not for you, do not seek this position.
