Pros

-Work from home opportunity -Friendly co-workers -Company makes great money and has great benefits

Cons

-Messy onboarding + training process -Disorganization -Outdated technology and software. Whole company operates off of a 15+ year old front-facing interface. It’s slow, buggy, and inefficient. -Policies and procedures are not set in stone, seems like everything is made up on the fly. -Shady business practices. As a customer support rep, we are expected to “save” packages and services rather than refunding. Sales team gets mad if you refund. Overall sketchy and the culture seems disingenuous.

The job pays the bills. Remote work is nice.

Cons

Read the reviews for the Sales Reps aka Manager of Client Services. Definitely truth in those reviews. Company is very misleading about the pay. Majority of Sales Reps are making about $50k per year. That's OTE. There's not really any training or onboarding process other than reading a script. But they don't teach you any sales techniques. Just some lame responses to rebuttals. Extremely high turnover rate. Very few employees that have been there more than a year. Major red flag. Morale is constantly low. No room for promotion.
