Pros

You work on your own time, communicating directly with the student and then reporting hours online. The staff is very good about adjusting pay rate based on difficulty and each pay check is delivered via direct deposit at the beginning of every month.

Cons

The challenges exist with the individual students. There is no formula that the tutors are asked to follow in their teachings which provides freedom, however, at the same time it means that every student will have a different way that they learn best. The challenge is being able to adapt to that when needed.
