Pros

This company has been great at matching my experience with appropriate students. Online, the organization is wonderful, easy to log hours, comment about sessions, keeping all data that tutor needs easily accessible. They are quick to follow-up, to see how first session goes, how well matched the tutor is with the student.

Cons

So far I have not had any negatives.

Pros

Grade Potential is very active in their search for new clients for their tutors, and are constantly getting feedback from the clients. This is something that, as a tutor, I greatly appreciate. It is important to know how to improve your ability to convey information, and Grade Potential makes both the student and the tutor feel very comfortable throughout the tutoring experience. Grade Potential is thorough in their evaluations of new students as well. Every time that I have been presented with a new client, I know what type of situation I will be posed with prior to engaging with the student. Overall, wages are fair as well, and this is a great company to contract with.

Cons

None that I can think of. To be honest, Grade Potential does a great job of addressing any concerns pertaining to tutoring, whether it be the client's concerns or the tutor's.

Pros

I am able to work around my schedule. The staff at Grade Potential is very professional and friendly. The amount of students assigned is based on a tutors amount of available time. This is a great part time job and good additional job for extra income.

Cons

Some of the challenges are last minute scheduling from students and at times having to tutor students that need some additional motivation to complete their school work.
