Pros
The mission is first rate, training and educating federal workers and people around the country. Most of the staff are good people, cooperative, friendly, etc.
Cons
The extraction of any meaningful data is close to impossible, mostly because only one person controls the report process, which uses legacy systems that were never designed for sophisticated tracking. Some departments continue to defend their specific turf instead of working for the overall good.
