Moving in a positive direction but still work in progress.

Pros

Flexibility, new management willing to listen, on the road to recovery and hopefully accelerated growth. Pros outnumber the cons but still a work in progress.

Cons

Some employees have stuck around for a way too long for no apparent business reason.

Pros

The location, the dress code, most of the people are great this was a great experience and I am grateful for all of the opportunities I was given

Cons

The upper management, the ones making the decisions are not very good. Also, some of the employees in the customer service have very nasty attitudes and are not easy to get along with
