Pros

The service that we provide at Graduation Alliance truly changes lives. We have a very strong team both at the leadership level and field level. The company has high standards and expects A-Level performance. There is a lot of autonomy for field workers and also connection to the home office team.

Cons

Not many, except the typical pains of a rapidly growing business.

Pros

Organization has a great mission and the trajectory is on a path to amazing success. Pace is quick but not overwhelming, systems are in place and improving daily for a larger scale operation. It is a great place to be now and in the future. Job is flexible, expectations are beyond fair, opportunities are there for any successful sales person to win! Leadership is in the trenches with you and adapts as the customer evolve and grow. YOU CAN and should be successful here. Great collaboration between team mates and co-workers.

Cons

If you don't believe in helping at risk youth or working for an organization that is growing successfully, this isn't for you. If you like to be part of a recognizable name and rapidly expanding team...then what are you waiting for.

Pros

The new CEO is doing a good job of saving the company from going under. There are a few nice coworkers.

Cons

Culture is terrible if you can even say it has one. Someone is always yelling at you, whether it is your boss or a parent or a customer or whoever. Zero opportunity to grow or develop; it's just a call center and they care more about numbers and metrics than they do about people (employees, students, and customers alike). Pay isn't that good. Overcrowded office space.
