****THIS IS A BUSINESS/MONEY FOCUSED COMPANY!**** They will tell you that education and the students are the focus and the priority. This is a lie. Their actions and policies will quickly tell you that their primary and number 1 priority is making money and showing results. They are 1000% focused on quantity over quality. They will set fairly hard and unreachable goals and they will INCREASE those goals if you hit them consistently. Meaning you are essentially punished for hitting goals. They say "hitting goal should be a stretch", so if you are planning on those bonuses they are offering, I would think again. The company is constantly in flux and changing. Contracts come and go, programs explode and dissipate. This means that you as an employee have to deal with a lot of policy and procedure change from month to month. You will be constantly given more work and additional tasks. Your job is in no way static or set. You will have a core set of tasks and responsibilities, but they will add many different pieces as time goes on. Summary: A well paying job if you are looking for experience or opportunity, but most people at this company decide that they are better off looking for work elsewhere. Take that how you will.

the list goes on and on and on. the management is awful, expectations change on a weekly basis, coaches are drowning in calls and most coaches just text their students anyways - NOT really connection with families. families do not even know who the company is, it truly is a glorified sales job. this company doesn't actually care about students, they care about metrics and numbers.
