Pros

The people are great! There is genuine compassion from leadership, and we all enjoy helping one another. It doesn't hurt that we are making a positive impact on students lives everyday! Assisting with difficult situations and seeing them resolved to finally getting that student across the finish line is the best feeling!

Cons

There is a heavy workload, but upper management is aware and making improvements.
