I was lucky to have an incredible team and manager. Our culture was amazing and I felt like I was making a difference every day.

Cons

Monthly goals were hard to meet. Ultimately I had to resign due to lack of income.

Pros

Pay is okay, workload is getting better, management is ok to deal with, and they work with you very well with time off as long as you do your job and you're honest.

Cons

Pay raises over time could be better but they are working on it. Sick time and vacation time could be better but maybe they will work on that after raises.
