Pros

Friendly, hardworking people, free snacks and food, open office space, good benefits, a great work environment.

Cons

Some of the managers can be tough, and as another reviewer said, some people in HR are very out of touch and tend to blow small non-issues out of proportion and treat them as if they were life or death situations.

Small station group with good benefits and generous sick and vacation time. President of company pays visits and gets to know you since the company is so small.

Cons

Small station group, so if you're ever seeking employment outside of your station, your options are limited.
