      Pros

      Leadership is involved and engaged. A healthy company culture, leadership wants to understand employee issues and cares very much about the overall employee experience. People come to work here and they don't leave because it's a great place to work. Continuous improvement and innovation are valued. Employees are empowered and encouraged to grow and develop to their full potential; there is always a focus on the employee.

      Graham is an unusual company in that it's a solid, large company that is nimble and focused on building great businesses without a lot of bureaucracy.
