Pros

Really incredible company. Worked there from May 2016 to June 2017 and only left because I was about to pop with my first little one. Amazing co-workers and genuine upper management. Great pay, customers and environment.

Cons

I can't say there are any, unless you aren't someone who can handle being on their feet all day and lifting things ranging from 1-50 lbs at a constant. If you don't know the product, it can be a little difficult to figure out what customers want. They will bring in a random part off of a motor, have no information on it whatsoever and hope to be leaving that day with a replacement part. If you know motors or industrial products, you're probably good to go. But if you are like me, you're going to be clueless and lost. HOWEVER there is an upside to that, your co-workers will be amazingly helpful and make sure they help you find what you're looking for.

Pros

Grainger is a company who knows how to take care of their employees. Although I have seen many changes over the three years that I have been with them I can honestly say they have always tried to keep employees at the top of their priorities. Great benefits, decent training and almost always spot on communication.

Cons

Many changes have taken place in a short amount of time. Some changes have posed difficulties for employees when dealing with customers but there is a light at the end of the tunnel that all of these changes are for the better.
