Pros

Good stepping stone company for a recent college graduate. Very competitive salary and 18 days PTO/year starting for salaried positions. Also, most departments are open to some sort of work-from-home and they do have a downtown office in Chicago above Ogilvie in addition to the Lake Forest corporate campus.

Cons

High turnover in corporate office and incredibly high turnover in distribution network. Recently poor financial performance from pricing issues has resulted in a general decline in morale across the company.

Pros

Great benefits, company has a good reputation in the market, and you have the potential to make a decent amount of money. They also have a very good work/life balance.

Cons

Base pay not competitive compared to similar positions at other companies, the department has become VERY metric focused, and a lot less laid back than it was two years ago. The company is also not good about promoting from within or rewarding consistent performance. Finally, the company has absolutely no culture. Their idea of culture is 10 people emailing "great job!" to everyone a day. The company is so far behind Amazon right now, I wouldn't be surprised if Amazon bought them out in the next 5 years.

Pros

None anymore used to be proud of working for this company can't say that anymore

Cons

Deep Cuts!! Trying to eliminate 6000 Hours per week across the nation for OSR's which means heads will be cut. I have over 10 years with the company and am afraid everyday of losing my job! They don't care about their employees or the accounts that we are losing on a daily basis because they micro manage everything we do with GPS Etc.
