Nepotism nepotism nepotism. Bring in your millennials and we'll make them directors, or Sr. Managers. Brown nosing goes a long way. And the dumber you are the better!!!

Pros

Good pay and benefits. You really control your own accounts for the most part. Flexible sometimes. Good pto if you can use it.

Cons

No real support from support team. Really need to do it all yourself. You are given dead account that you are expected to grow. If your accounts are going out of business they still expect growth and you are foaled against it. The worst pay compensation for vehicle use. Probably the industry lowest.
