Pros

Talented coworkers and the opportunity to move around to learn different areas of the business

Cons

The business is in the process of undergoing a massive amount of change - off-shoring, major systems implementations and reorganizations. The HR area is not managing the people side of it effectively, which is making it even more difficult. People are being forced to do more with less, which is making it difficult to maintain a reasonable work life balance.

Pros

Profit sharing and insurance is the best thing about this facility in Fountain Inn

Cons

Don't like minority. No advancement for minority. You will get fired if you speak out to management even if its in a professional manner

Pros

Benefits used to be good but if you are over 45 they will look to rid themselves of you

Cons

Deceptive, corporate cronyism and very anti-family. This company has gone thru a bunch of changes and because they are a 10 plus billion a year company and publicly traded you will never be ANYTHING but a number. They keep the old timers that are useless (30 plus years) because its become cheaper to keep them (lawsuits) There are not enough words to type out the cons and it wouldn't matter because with the brand they have created (marketing does a great job for themselves that's for sure) nothing I tell you would convince you if your set on working for this company...I was like you. LIVE AND LEARN is all I can say. AND if you think you will ever have a work life balance your going to need to survive at least 15 years in this company before you get that. By then you can just mentally check out like all other upper management in this company
