A company this size is infiltrated by the government. In order to stay in good standing with all of the governmental regulations like EPA, OSHA, and the multiple civil movements Grainger is straying further to the secular world view and away from the biblical world view.

You either get sent home all the time or have mandatory OT there is no 40 hr week. Often they keep us despite having no work then turn around and coach you for not making production. The only true statement they have made to me so far is that the company's name is Grainger. They hire you for a position but then you aren't doing that job they throw you in whatever job people won't take. They preach safety but it's not even in the top 10 of things they actually care about which has led to some horrible accidents.
