      Pros

      Over tune. There is over time and they expect you to stay until there is no more lines to pick. Once everything is complete you can go home. Days vary between 430pm-8pm off time.

      Cons

      If you don't pick the expected amount then supervisor will ask why you did not do good today and yesterday you did. Supervisors are constantly viewing camers so if someone is still you will hear from Supervisor. You need to pick 1 item per minute to do good and able to get a raise. If you don't exceed expectations then no raise.

      Sometimes you get a good paycheck

      Cons

      You either get sent home all the time or have mandatory OT there is no 40 hr week. Often they keep us despite having no work then turn around and coach you for not making production. The only true statement they have made to me so far is that the company's name is Grainger. They hire you for a position but then you aren't doing that job they throw you in whatever job people won't take. They preach safety but it's not even in the top 10 of things they actually care about which has led to some horrible accidents.

      Cons

      Horrible training, horrible processes that make it impossible to hit at and other metrics and them put the blame on employees. Systems do not work, mislead employees on PTO . Do not care about customers or they would change their process.
