Pros

Pros is only with the color of your skin and if your male vs female

Cons

Don’t work here if you’re a strong black independent female, they won’t except you. I was told literally “I work too hard” meaning, my hard work goes unnoticed or is invaluable.

Pros

If you’re a worker? You get reliable hours for mediocre pay. If you’re a shareholder who doesn’t actually do any work at all? You get dividends and stock buybacks.

Cons

Work hard to hit a target, next year they’ll tell you to do it again, just faster. Every year, they nickel and dime you, chipping away at your benefits, asking fewer people to do more work, faster. Pay never keeps up with inflation. And they record every single keystroke, every single phone call, it’s like working in a goldfish bowl. If you love nanny cams and financial insecurity. This is the place for you!

Pros

The co workers are nice enough.

Cons

This is one of those places that pays you as little as they can get away with. Their “competitive pay” is well below industry standard. While you’re making your $19 an hour, you’re consistently being micro managed by 3-4 obnoxious managers, then being asked why you’re not being as productive. You’re not properly compensated or recognized for your work or contribution and PTO is difficult to utilize. There is close to no work life balance and management does not care if you have things to do outside of Grainger. This would be a great place to work as a first job. It’s not a career.
