Pros

Competitive pay and benefits. Love that the 401K contribution by Grainger is a full 6%. Good PTO starting out from day 1 too. My direct manager is very smart, dedicated, and a good leader. Seems to be a lot of room for growth and advancement. Good work & life balance.

Cons

Remote/hybrid position is a little tough to adjust to at first if you're used to working a job where you're always going to an office or manufacturing facility with plenty of co-workers around.

Pros

Upward mobility, benefits, resources, teamwork, ethical, philanthropic, ability to transfer to just about any state or city, and individual freedom.

Cons

Work life balance particularly in the seller and DSM roles. Base pay and commission structure needs to be updated. Commission does not pay out in a ratio that dually rewards a seller for the amount of effort it takes to exceed goal.
