No work life balance at all

Pros

Benefits are the only pro I can think of

Cons

Leadership is weak. They will continually attempt to pressure an administrator to work seven days a week including nights and weekends without pay. It's very low pay for the position and very long hours. Do not plan to have a personal life at all if you plan on working in platform at Grainger.

Pros

Good benefits (medics & retirement)

Cons

They have an expectation for you to work all the time & complete jobs outside the scope of sales /account growth. Too many tasks unrelated to growing sales and very little support to complete.
