Pros

Good pay, benefits. Very organized.

Cons

Very tough to be accepted as part of the "team". Part time....forever. Branch is very tenured and I was treated with contempt by other "team" members who seemed to resent me. Processes are more important than actual results. No training at all with the operating system. Expected to train yourself. Sink or swim type thing. I do not agree with the "turn and burn" attitude I was told to use.

Pay is little compared to the work asked from you

Pros

Great Company, good people, awesome benefits

Cons

Lot of work for the pay. You end up doing the sellers job and no commission. You get blamed when customers blow up because the account manager does not deliver but get nothing when you capture a big sale, because "you're not a seller" yet they preach and almost make you sell but no commission. Someone else gets both the frosting and the cake and it aint the OSR!
