Pros

The benefits are good use to be better. Salary is competitive

Cons

Grainger does not practice what it’s preaching. Our items are more expensive. Therefore, customer should get best service (false). Grainger is cutting money wherever they can. They laid of many sales people on the field to creat phone sales job. The few field reps left no longer have company vehicles anymore, or any field job for grainger don’t have company vehicles. They refuse to hire FT on site rep now instead PT 30 hr and make him/her work 35-37 hours not getting FT benefits. Sales people get the newest laptops softwares etc. if you not in sales at grainger you are treated as second class or third.
