      Toxic, unrealistic environment with no regard for its greatest assets, its people and its customers.

      Pros

      Working at AGI opened the floodgates for career opportunities outside of the organization. Recognized as a company that produces top quality people who'll be an asset to an outside organization.

      Cons

      Total chaos. Leadership has no idea, no care and no concern for what their people do for the company and it's customers. The branch staff, ISSR's, OSSR's and AM's truly care about the customer and executing our contractual agreement's to meet their supply need's and eliminate inventory supply concerns. AGI is clearly only concerned with it's own bottom line and has hung its internal/external partners and customers completely out to dry.

      Good work/life balance. The compensation is fair for now but it is changing January 2019

      Cons

      They are closing branches and cutting jobs. They are putting higher work loads on the people that are staying and senior management does not seem to know what they are doing. The company is going in the wrong direction.

      Pay was ok but not great. Was able to work from home. I created my own schedule. Was able to travel

      No opportunity for advancement unless you lived in greater Toronto area. In 2016 company moved away from caring about its people to caring more about margins.
