Downward spiral

Pros

Benefits and pension are good

Cons

With all the cut backs and closures I am glad to be out if this organization (or lack of). Many lower to mid management staff have survived the cuts and put into fairytale positions when they should have been the first ones to go and not the true believers of customer service. Your loss of good employees is the gain of their competitors and in most markets the US model of business is not going to work well, a US company called Target comes to mind. sad to see a company that I was part of as a once proud Leader in their field spiral to the bottom.

Thanks for the review. We're sorry to hear that's your perspective. There has been a lot of change and change be difficult. But the changes appear to be having the intended effect. We saw a significantly positive impact on our performance in 2017. We're pretty excited about where the business is headed.

Pros

Pay isn't horrible, inside work mostly if your into that sort of thing and it's not terribly difficult if you have any brains in your head what so ever.

Cons

They hire nothing but idiots to high pay positions, crap on all the actual workers, managers are the most idiotic of the bunch I've ever seen, poor customer service, horrid computer management system that's been pieced together and barely does what it needs to, lack of communication on every level, no pay raises and god forbid you mention overtime. If your looking for work don't apply here. This company will be done within a year or two.
