Pros

Excellent benifits and perks, friendly staff with little unnecessary meddling. You Earn PTO and the have a work shoe program in house.

Cons

A lot of physical labor, may have to stand for long hours. Huge facility which takes away from breaks if you are a fast walker.

Pros

Quoted company with big warehouses. Work-life balance, not stressful, but sometimes depends on departments. Company culture and activities attractive, expecting SAP go-alive.

Cons

Old school. no difference between good runner and others. Incentive mechanism need to be improved, and everybody focuses on their own areas, knowledge transfer discouraged.
