      There is little or no management, so you can do what you like, if that's what you're into.

      Poorly run company dealing with a major downsizing. Toxic work environment.

      Pros

      Customers are awesome usually. The job itself is fun and fast paced, but some of the Managers are questionable. Guess it depends on which branch.

      Cons

      Too many cut backs, too many people let go as a result. It seems they are taking the face to face out of the customer interactions and trying to go online whe. It really doesn't work well for people needing help finding something.
