Pros

Customer base great to serve.

Cons

Conservative company with an "old boy affiliation" that is only experienced once you get on board. Managers are allowed to be too subjective in reviewing and not held to any concrete, measurable standard for all subordinates.

Pros

Great Benefits Well respected company in their industry Great marketing materials Great non-manager employees On-going training

Cons

70 hrs/week minimum for account management No work/life balance whatsoever Unethical Management is overlooked if you know the right people Constantly changing sales goals which are assigned personally by immediate manager so they have ability to make you look good or bad, earn commission or not. Complex system for commission which no human being could ever figure out.
