Pros
Big picture - Grainger is an awesome company. A company that strives to make decisions to do what is best and what is relevant for the customer, but also, making the best business decisions as a company. Grainger works to continually improve upon everything they do - be it processes, services, customer relationships, external / internal partnerships, management leadership, talents, benefits, profits, developing their employees, and much more.
Cons
Company tends to evolve every 2-3 years, which brings change (not necessarily a bad thing). With change some hard decision may have to be made for sustaining customer relationships and for the longevity, as well as profitability of the company. If you're not willing to accept this change, you may have a difficult time adapting to Grainger's culture. I fell victim to this re-organizational change. But, I understood that this was a business decision and not personal.
