Pros

Lots of virtual positions used to be available Good pay

Cons

Loyalty and longevity used to mean something, now it just $$$. Thrown away after 10 years due to downsizing caused by bad decisions and constant changes in management

Pros

Medical/Dental, stock buy program, profit sharing program and paid time off policy is solid. Core value proposition and go to market strategy is well structured. There are enough resources you can rely on to get sales.

Cons

I'm accountable to aggressive sales goals and sometimes these are unrealistic. It is difficult to understand the commission structure. The Grainger keepStock program is short staffed right now and undergoing expansion/restructuring. This is causing service gaps.
