      Pros

      I love my autonomy with guide direction here. This company really focuses on the improvement of their employees. I have noticed the longevity of the senior associates and that really describes something about a company.

      Your management will determine your experience, but I think in the end it is up to you, to put yourself in the best position to win.

      Huge company, very stable Great benefits. Comp'ed phone/laptop Mileage remibursement Good local leadership Flexible schedule, great deal of autonomy

      Cons

      Market managers (direct supervisor) are overloaded to the point of paralysis and given no real authority Upper management is only concerned with making goal/lining their own pockets It's nigh impossible to get fired (could be a pro if you're that type of person) Colleagues/peers tend to be clueless Poor work/life balance - taking work home is the norm, 1-2 hours/night LOTS of drive time. Advancement opportunities are VERY few and far between. Very much a good ol' boys' club. The company WILL lowball you on salary offers and raises.
