Pros
Great exposure to a diverse types of customers. Lots of learning about customers, product, and sales process. Graigner provides every tool or resource you need to be successful. Just need to know where to go to find it, and when to put your hand up for support
Cons
There is such a steep learning curve, and it can often times feel very overwhelming. Some times you really do feel like you have too much on your plate.. work life balance can suffer if you're not managing work load properly. After 2 years into the role, I am just now feeling compenetant and comforatable in the role with all of the processes and responsibilities. *Lazy or complacent people need not apply for this role.
