Pros

used to be a great company to work for. However, they have continued to move tenured employees out and replace them with lower salary employees. The leadership teams who cared about the employees have been replaced and the company seems to have be going down ever since.

Cons

Profit sharing used to be great however that has now changed as well. Benefits are ok as there are several options to choose from.

Pros

They have great benefits, in general most employees are very happy working there and it is shown by the tenure of many employees.

Cons

The pay discrepancy between a territory sales representatives and account managers is disproportionate which causes many TSRs to leave the company. In addition to the promotion process for TSRs tends to be obscure leaving it up to personal interpretation of each manager on whether or not a TSR has hit the checkpoints to be eligible for promotion.
