Pros

Changing work environment (if you are into that), vision is there, reasonably accessible leadership. Long term benefits are changing but are fairly good.

Cons

Too much change even for me who was looking for changing environment. 3 Leaders in 3 years. No consistency of approach to development and feeling like you were left behind for the next leader to have the same discussion. Very tough competitive environment which constant change is hurting the success (zero % sales growth in 2015 vs. competitors at 6-8%).

Pros

Pay was really good for where I lived. I met a lot of nice people while working there. The work was pretty easy to do. Profit sharing for retirement is really nice.

Cons

Very monotonous work. same thing everyday unless you were one of the cool kids they would let you do different stuff. management became very greedy and started to find ways to let full time employees go so they could hire temp contractors.
