Pros

Good Profit Sharing after 5 years 9 to 5 job Industry leader Lots of Resources

Cons

Intense Mico Managing with heavy metrics Burn out happens very quickly Management has a new direction every 2 quarters Management seems confused at times Hi turnover This call center is the land of micro management. They send you talk time and call numbers twice a day. Feels threatening at times. It's very political so its something you must adjust to. Its very difficult to make consistent money since quotas are unattainable at least 2 of he 4 quarters evidenced by the fact that the place is a ghostown at 5:01pm.

Pros

Good pay, some opportunity for advancement within the company. Ample time off provided. Direct managers were usually pretty solid. Good vision from the top.

Cons

Middle management completely unsatisfactory - we would hear that "changes were coming from the top", but no reasons ever given. Basically, they hire anybody at the sales level.
