      the good and the bad

      Pros

      Benefits -dental health, profit sharing, stock, lots of vacation days. These are some of the few reason why work there. It is a Monday -Friday job with hours of 0700-1700.

      Cons

      Do more responsibilities than what one is actually paid for. Currently am a customer service associate and do so more work load that my title. I have been telling my manager i want a higher title but have been giving me the run around. When the yearly review is done and not given the position I will be dissapointed! I have worked hard especially when working with sales manager. The type of work I do is almost like a sales manager the only difference is I sit behind desk and answer phones. I do more than that, I fix issues and create sales.

      Pros

      Good company, good times. I like the people there and the places I get to visit. Not very flexible with time off or when you need to cut out early. I wish I knew people I worked with better than I do.

      Cons

      Too much bickering with co-workers. Lots of rules to follow. I think we could do a better job of hiring quality individuals. I'm not sure we're doing a good enough job with that.
