Pros

Good Pay, Great stock options. good retirement

Cons

If you like to suck up and work harder than people who get paid more and don't mind being a corporate puppet, then this is the place for you. Nepotism is very obvioius. Call center in lincolshire, not conducive to healthy work environment. Management unresponsive to complaints. Childish and abusive enviroment. HR is all powerfull entity with no checks and balances.

Pros

Low Stress, Employees Empowered to Make Bold Decisions, Senior Leaders Care About Employees' Opinion, Advancement Opportunities, Employees are Encouraged to Get Involved, Clean and Safe Work Environment, High Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty, Company is Growing Exponentially!

Cons

Raises/Promotions seem to be arbitrary and are not consistent from Manager to Manager, Employees are expected to go above and beyond job description just to "Meet Expectations", Often cut corners to keep operational costs low - would be nice to have a little "extra" for our efforts, An employee going above and beyond for Company's benefit is treated just like the employee who does the bare minimum, Benefits are terrible compared to other companies of Grainger's caliber - it's laughable..
