Cons

Older talent continuously pushed out. Constant reorgs. Consultants running departments without functional experience.

No training but mistakes are counted and held against you

Pros

The pay was okay. I guess the biggest pro I can say while working here is that I now know exactly what I do not want.

Cons

They will actively tally mistakes and use them against you years later. They actively speak poorly about subordinates in their calibration meetings. There’s no training in supplier management. You’re on your own. Good luck. Work life balance is a joke. Positions aren’t backfilled. So you have one person doing multiple jobs. Management is hostile, corrupt, negligent and clueless.
