Pros

Upward mobility, benefits, resources, teamwork, ethical, philanthropic, ability to transfer to just about any state or city, and individual freedom.

Cons

Work life balance particularly in the seller and DSM roles. Base pay and commission structure needs to be updated. Commission does not pay out in a ratio that dually rewards a seller for the amount of effort it takes to exceed goal.

Pros

Where to start…grainger is simply an amazing company from the ground up, I’ve honestly never been at a company where I’ve felt more supported and appreciated. Management has created an incredible environment that shines through with every employee and breeds positivity and cohesion. I really could go on and on about what a great experience I’ve had with Grainger

Cons

I’d really have to nit pick to find any negatives, but if I had to name one, I’d say mileage reimbursement isn’t quite the best, especially with the price of fuel currently.
