Pros

They are very good at giving you proper training and recourses to succeed. Starting pay us decent. They give you full Benefits on day 1.

Cons

Daily metrics, this is something that can be demoralizing even if you are doing well. At some point, you just dont want to hear about it every day. They also seem to focus too hard on call time and dials rather than sales which makes no sense when hiring for a sales position. The commission is TERRIBLE. You will have a book of business worth around 3mill but will still need to make sales to earn 950 extra. Which is taxed and placed on a regular payroll check so you barely even get that "bonus".
