Pros
Incredible benefits for employees who are working on their degree. I had my son about a year ago and again incredible benefits for not only me on leave but incredibly supportive during my pregnancy journey. The corporate communication with employees is great, Contacting us when things are wrong or when changes are being made. Not only that but showing us their appreciation at important milestones.
Cons
We do not get many holidays off but that's part of being essential to businesses. The new pay roll system has been a battle and frustrating to be honest however, actions have been put to making the mistakes correct. I think we are a little old school but after the new pay system I understand why we don't roll out new systems if what we are already doing is working.
