Pros

There is lots of schedule flexibility, for both start/end times every single day. You have autonomy, and can plan your route based on reports, city, etc.

Cons

It really is luck of the draw as far as getting a solid territory. Expect to have customers ignore your emails, calls, visits, you name it. You are expected to sell, however, how can you when you have the customers who already have contracts w/ vendors, follow a budget, or simply don't want to deal with you because Grainger is so expensive. Businesses have closed since the pandemic and still are due to a terrible economy. But what does Grainger do? They micromanage you even more!
