Over the past several years Grainger has taken away numerous perks and benefits that affect the "little people" on the totem pole. Grainger has also developed a culture of do more for less. They expect awesome but don't want to compensate you for it. These attitudes have trickled down to management, which in return makes it very difficult to receive a fair raise.
