Too metrics centric the past 2-4 years.

Pros

When I began I would have to say profit sharing.

Cons

Way too concerned with number of appointments, and less concerned with actual results. My last year, I was at 176% to goal for the first 3 months and was being badgered almost daily regarding not meeting required number of appointments per day. I was a high performer here, having been a Presidents Club member several times and Annual Achiever multiple years.

Pros

The only pro I can think of is that they are a large company

Cons

They hire people in their 20's and once you turn over 35, they will try to make you quite by making your work experience HORRIBLE. Have seen this done to many employees. I left to place that appreciates me and not my age

Pros

Great benefits and work life balance. Lots of different departments and exciting problems. Competitive pay for the most part

Cons

Too many people who don’t offer any value and get in the way. Too many people squatting on their turf and fighting to maintain homeostasis
